Suspension trainer bands

Hey guys, i'm excited to talk to you about this awesome product, that allows you to amp up your at home workout, This is a high quality product and makes working out at home a lot more functional and productive. Step one is you have to find a support place to hang this, i did not think about that prior to buying this. I used the door stopper, but this is important *do not use a normal door* it will break with your weight*! I used my garage door (hence why i'm running into my fireplace) I didn't have anywhere else to hang it. Once you get it secure it's all up to you from there. You can do a variety of different work outs and man they are tough! I felt like i was lifting weights at the gym, but it was just my body weight using the bands. The product is very well built, made to last. It comes nicely packaged and has a nice storage bag to keep everything in.
