Body scale.

Ok how come no one ever told me there was a product like this on the market?! I mean seriously, i feel like i've been living in the stone ages with my old 'normal' scale. This #smartweigh scale makes it so much easier to obtain your fitness goals, it tells you your BMI, tells you your weight and helps you keep a close tab on exactly what you need to work on. If you aren't familiar with BMI and how those numbers effect things i would suggest looking it up and seeing how much more helpful that is than just a basic number on the scale that means nothing. I am not very tech savy so it took me a while to figure out how to use it all. But after that it's been awesome. I love the nice sleek look to it, it would look good in anyones home ( i like to keep my scales out so i can measure weekly to stay on track).
