Pilates magic ring

This product is awesome to help take your pilates / yoga to the next level! It provides just the right amount of resistance to build up muscle tone and really make you feel the burn! I had to look online at youtube for different workout ideas to incorporate the ring, and there are so many great videos out there to give you ideas on how to most effectively use you ring. It really helps to carve out your core while you are working out! I love this product and plan to use it in my work outs here on out.
